Welcome to Red Rock Kennels!

 

We are a small kennel located in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.  Sault Ste. Marie is a border city of Canada and the USA, making it convenient for us to ship our puppies to either country. 

 

Presa Canario breeding programs vary a great deal.  Some breeders sole purpose is to produce the largest dog possible, while others breed strictly for confirmation to the breed standard, and others breed based on temperament alone.  Some of the best breeders take every aspect into account.  Here at RRK our main focus is on breeding dogs with excellent confirmation to the breed standard.  At the same time, we do ensure that all of our dogs have a stable temperament;  meaning that they are protective of their property, do not cower at noises or in unusual situations, but also do not show undue aggression.  All of our dogs are very well socialized from a young age and can be trusted in any situation.  Any dog that we do not believe to have a stable temperament will not be bred.

 

We take pride in the fact that our dogs live a life that most dogs dream of.  We are located on 33 acres, approximatly 3 acres clear cut, 30 acres of old logging trails, and no neighbours for miles.  This provides our dogs with all the room they need to run and play.  All of our dogs are house pets, meaning they come and go in and out of the house as they please.  When there is no supervision available, each dog has a kennel which consists of an 8’X 10’ heated indoor portion and a 15’ X 30’ outdoor portion.

 

Our goal at Red Rock Kennels is to place all of our puppies in homes where they will be loved as much as they will love their new family.
